I'm 3 discs in to the audio version, so far so good. I liked her Alice I Have Been, and this has a similar feel. I liked the book but thought the narrator really overdid it with the "acting" in the second half of the book. I was interested in the story all the way through but was also rolling my eyes a lot at the overly emotional reading style. Good narration overall though.

Overall enjoyable read for me. Slow-going at first but the mystery held me. I did figure out whodunnit pretty much as soon as they appeared in the story. Also, one mystery is never explained which left me frustrated. Another peeve was that at the end of the story the narrator excuses his failing to see through the culprit by claiming they "had you fooled as well". To this I say, 'no they didn't'. This was just a case of wishful thinking on the author's part.
