I have this series on my TBR for ages now and finally decided to sit and read the first book, and I loved the action, romance, plot and different reality. It’s really cool to see demons and humans trying to get along and I loved this couple. Plus there’s a demon hospital, how cool is that? Okay let’s start over and talk about the good stuff. Eidolon is a type of succubus, so he needs a little sex to live and he’s in the middle of a change and thinks constantly of the future and more sex, so he needs a mate, but it’s so hard to find a woman good enough to spend the rest of eternity together. And that’s where Tayla comes because we can clearly see they have sparks flowing everywhere, but she is the enemy. She’s part of a human group that hunts and kill those demons, but her life changed when she met Eidolon. Tayla has some powers and what she didn’t knew is the very important thing for her life, she’s more than human, her father is a demon and her demon side is winning the war, she’s dying slowly. These two groups are at war, and some demons are getting hunted because their body parts are being sold in the black market, so Tayla and Eidolon are part of the investigation time and are also handling their attraction. But these two together are so hot, that I could not believe Eidolon was single until today. The guy has some crazy sperm and sex is out the stratosphere. I really liked this couple and this introduction for their world.
