This was one of those books all my friends were reading, so i wanted to get in on it too. I had high hopes, and was definately pleased with the whole book. I enjoyed reading every page, and just didnt' want it to end. Not much to the story besides the life a girl who goes through depression and attempts at suicide. But the psychology and emotional energy behind her thoughts is just really amazing. I've never been so attached to a character and felt for her through all she went through. When she became extremely overweight and went to an institution, I kept trying to tell her to get better! What's even more amazing is the author is a man! Talk about a guy who REALLY understands women!
