Hauntingly beautiful with many "stone" references that were a delight to read and the portrait of a woman and her life.

I was diagnosed with osteopenia when I was in my early 40s. I was interested in preventing further progression (to full blown osteoporosis) so I bought this book. It further educated me in the process of osteoporosis and gave me excellent tips to stave off further bone deterioration. After reading this, I gave it to my sister who also has osteopenia. Worth buying if you have the diagnosis.
