I always have mixed feelings about this novel. On the one hand, it is quite witty. It is a great and simple exposition of a general socialist theory. On the other hand, it is a bit long and at times quite repetitive. Yet, considering the somewhat educational aims of the book, the repetitiveness is understandable. I think it is an important English novel to read, if one is interested in political novels.
