Traveling from Calais to Nice on the Blue Train, Hercule Poirot finds himself in the middle of a puzzling crime when a young American woman is murdered aboard the train.
I think I appreciated this book a lot more than I otherwise would have because I read it in my English class and the teacher helped us discover all the nuances of langauge and inferences, etc. This is definitely a book on multiple levels, and amazingly well crafted, woven, etc.
a good, quick read. the movie was good, but the book is better.
Handy guide to have if you've got questions. Not quite as thorough as I would like though.
I found it a bit difficult to get through...also found myself wondering how accurate/true it was, considering its novelistic qualities.
