C.S. çok yaratıcı. Bu, uzay yolculuğu hakkında çok benzersiz ve ilginç bir kitap. Bazen biraz hokey gibi görünüyor, ancak bu yazıldığı zamandan dolayı mazur görülebilir. Bazen Lewis'in yazdığı her şeyi (kurgusal bir anlatımda bile) aşırı gerekçelendirme eğiliminden biraz saplanıyorum. Bu zevk, ama kesinlikle "Narnia" değildi ve diğer yazılarının çoğunu daha iyi sevdim.

One of the few Agatha Christie novel's that I have not read. So much fun! She really is the Grande Dame of mysteries. I loved the ending and I totally agreed with it. A murder takes place on a train, and the murder victim knows he's going to get killed, and H. Poirot agrees to locate the murderer. Did I mention this murder occurred on a train that is now stuck in a blizzard? With 12 possible suspects, Poirot has his hands full. Wonderful glimpses of characters and how the human mind analyzes. As this was written in the early 30's, it's fun to take in the language and ideas of that time period. The only downfall, as with most Christie works, is the infusion of French. Mine is so rusty that I had to look up the words in two phrases in my old French dictionary. If you enjoy mysteries, this is a great work to read. I flew through this novel. For some reason it reminded me of the boardgame Clue. I think it was due to the fact that every character seemed so perfectly constructed to fit the role Christie gave them.
