This was an entertaining and short story about John Harrison and is obsessive development of four marine clocks capable of enabling trans-oceanic navigation. Source material on Harrison is slim and so is this volume. Only a superficial treatment of the technologies of the clocks is given (otherwise the book would bog down and suffer readability.) I would have appreciated more photos of the clocks, but perhaps this was a failing only of the paperback? The only images of the clocks are shown very small in the front cover. A good read.

This is the tell-all book on Mormonism. Like others have said, this book taught me all I know about Mormonism. Each to their own but I am not a fan of sharing my man with multiple other women. Or sending my daughter to marry her Uncle.
