This book was my first manga book and I liked it. This book had action and scenes from the series. It looks like they talk word from word from the show. they draw the characters like Cell exactly the same.

a heartbreaking and eye-opening account of civil war in africa (sierra leone in particular), and the innocent victims it claims. his narrative style is pretty straightforward--the writing isn't great but it's not overwrought either. and regardless, the story speaks for itself.

a great book- read it several times

I enjoyed this book most of the way through and hated the ending. It was contrived and ended up really disliking one of the characters. Jodi Picoult is a wonderful story teller who researches well, but she relaly fell down on this one through her ending. I was very disappointed.
