Again, have only skimmed sections of this book, but it looks like a fantastic and accessible introduction to a deep topic.

OMG, I read this book years ago and had forgotten all about it until I ran across it on a Goodreads list. I lurve Robert Rankin and this is one of his better ones! I might have to read it again some day.
