I enjoyed Lisey's Story but it took a different turn than many of Stephen King's books. His style seems to be changing a bit- not as garishly frightening as some of his earlier books. I had a hard time getting into the book at first because I didn't see where it was going. It also uses a lot of made up words by the characters that got on my nerves a bit. By the end though I was glad I picked it up. It is about a famous writer's widow and her efforts to deal with life after he passes away. The storyline spends a lot of time in a fantasy world.
