Oldukça iyi başladı ama gerçekten aptal sona erdi. Ana karakter son derece olası ve biraz psikotik hale geldi ve "gizem" Agatha Christie romanına benziyordu ... çözülemez!
Richard Rhoades does an exceptional job in describing the history of the making of the atomic bomb. The book is lot more than mere history. The men who were involved--the physicists and mathematicians, their quixotic personalities and their antic--come alive in these pages. The role of Leo Szilard, often ignored because he was not on site in Los Alamos, is given its due importance. Most of all, the book sets down one of the most exceptional success stories of big science, the motivations of the participants who produced the weapons of mass destruction, the leadership of Oppenheimer who engaged this array of some of the most creative people living at that time, and the eventual disenchantment of the main protagonists with the policy of the military and political leaders are described with excellent attention to detail. The book never fails to convey the sense of excitement that it was.
This book is amazing and full of suspense. I'm really excited to read the squeal to this book. I really like the plot to it and definitely will be the new Hunger Games!!!!!!!!!
