I know I've read this book before, but, alas, I do not have a review. Oh, darn. I gotta read a Linda Howard again. I'm all broken up!!! NOT! Perfect for when it was written and not too bad-it is still bad in some parts-that you can't get through it without incessant wall-banging. What I liked best about this book? It was a Linda Howard. For me, that means sexy fun with characters I cheer at (and sometimes sneer at); a hero I would consider dumping my DH for (just kidding, sweetheart); and a heroine who rises above her own door-mattedness and shows the reader that there can be strength in the vulnerability that we sometimess roll our eyes at. I think that made sense. I'm tired!
