Interesting concept but Wilde was too wordy with the descriptions of Gray's excesses. I understand they were excesses but it took three paragraphs of run-on sentences to describe his fascination with textiles, etc. Bummer.

Another amazing book from Mr. Rothfuss. I was so sad to finish it knowing that I will probably have to wait another 2 years for the next book to come out. The 2 years I waited for this book were definitely worth it, so I guess I can wait again... If you enjoyed the first book at all, you will enjoy this one. It is much of the same extremely interesting story of Kvothe and how he came to be the man he is present day. Rothfuss definitely has a certain style to his writing that is refreshing yet has a classic feel, like an old forgotten tale.
