It was a beautiful story with a female heroine on the fringes of society. I got a little bogged down by the philosophy in the chapters and it made me want to skip parts so I could get back to the good stuff. Oh, and great sex "scenes" as always. Thanks Tom Robbins, you dirty man, you.
This book rocked my world. I had heard about the controversy and that immediately intrigued me, but I was not prepared for the emotion and spirituality of this story. It was truly a perfect book for me to read at this point in my own personal spiritual exploration. Amazingly outstanding.
