I decided to wait between Kite Runner and this one, but it was worth the wait. A lovely tale of women in Afghanistan. A beautiful tale of real friendship and what makes one truly happy.

Libby suffers from memoryloss, she can`t remember anything before three months ago, but her body tells a different story. Broken bones, cracked ribs and scars, deep and hurtful. She´s been taken in by the owner of a diner in a small, rural town, and here she tries to make a living, or at least survival, because something feels not right. Jaxon and his team was betrayed three years ago by his own lover and now he´s finally found her, and he wants revenge. He´s waiting with his sniper riffle for her blond head in the diner when he realizes something isn´t what it looks like and need a closer look. Action, hurt feelings, misunderstandings and two people loving each other but still wanting, needing revenge. Oh, and smut, shifters and paranormal, of course. =) Love this series, don´t know why i haven´t read this before, but i´m on to the next one asap, need to know what´ll happen with Jagger and Skye.
