Very interesting dystopian story. Sort of a YA Handmaid's Tale. Some disturbing ideas here though. However, I'm hooked on yet another trilogy!

This is the first Sharon Creech book I read...and it is still my favorite! I'd read it every year with a group of my 4th grade students. It still makes me cry!
