Much better than "Grievous Sin." I'm reading through these in order, as I love the relationship between Peter and Rina and all the details about Orthodox Judaism. I realize this is only number 7 in the series, but I can see that Kellerman is improving as a writer. Her dialogue is still pretty corny. And it's very dated - lots of contemporary details from 1990s Los Angeles. But I will soldier on!
