It took me a while to figure out where it was going, but I really liked the "voice" of the narrator. Also, I never expected the ending. I liked parts of the end, and didn't like other parts, but mostly I enjoyed being genuinely shocked. I've read a lot of predictable books, and this wasn't one of them.
