This is a great book, and the first books in this series are wonderful. Aside from the usual criticisms of the Robert Jordan series, I really liked this series when it started out. The story is really interesting, and pretty unique. You won't want to put these books down! They each took about a day and a half. Just make sure that if you read books 7 through 11 you have a good handle on the first 7, otherwise the sheer number/names of characters will be very confusing.
