Very interesting read. I am usually not attracted to scientific type books but enough friends had mentioned this that I felt it was worth a try. The juxtaposition of the scientific and the family story made it very readable for me and well worth the 3 month wait from the library. Raises a lot of interesting ethical questions.

I read this book shortly after viewing The Curious Case of Benjamin Button . While I appreciated Wilde's creative approach to preserving youth, the book did not capture my interest until 180 pages in.
