Loved this book....I think because it had NEW information from a music insider that I hadn't read before. Although some of the technical talk went way over my head, it was very interesting how records were made back in the 60's and 70's. You had to have talent...even though the machines could create great records, they couldn't fix bad voices/singing like they can today. I actually got out my CDs and had to listen to things Geoff Emerick mentioned made it onto the final records that I'd never noticed before. Great read, especially for fans of the Beatles music.
