Depending on the day of the week and the direction of the wind, this is either my favorite or my other favorite Harry Potter novel. Goblet earns four stars not for the quality of its prose, certainly, but for sheer, addictive readability. The ending is alternately rousing and heartbreaking.

This book was one on my middle-schooler's list of "Young Reader's Picks". It was a quick read--story in poetry form. Informational, captivating, heartbreaking.
