This book put words to experiences I've had with my own relationship with my mother better than any I've read so far... The movie is actually freakin' awesome, too.

I can't honestly say I disliked this book, because I read the entire thing voluntarily, and I'm going to read the 3rd installment in this godforsaken trilogy. However, like the first one, it is a steaming pile of crap. And I'm confident that the 3rd one will also be a giant mound of stinky turds.
