So apparently, this is supposed to be really funny in Russian. I don't see how. I guess I missed the point entirely, then. Still, I loved it and thought it was heartbreaking and beautiful. Ah, Russians.

I was hooked the entire time, engrossed, inspired, ready to kick someone's ass...then the ending happened, and it sucked. Worth reading just because it's such a coherent, vibrant vision of a deliciously impossible future; just don't expect it to hold together at the end.
