I really enjoyed this book. It left me wanting more and wondering of the adventures of Fanny and Sue while they were in California. It was great!

I listened to this as an audio book on a road trip. It was perfect for that! Though the narrator had a weird voice... But still, the perfect type of book for that.

Historical fiction + mystery.

I have read most of her books and have enjoyed all of them that I have read. While she twists and turns to keep you from figuring out who did it, most of her books are very similar though, in that you feel like you've read them all.
