A good overview of the key ideas in personal growth literature (e.g. goal-setting, visualization, etc), presented through a story. There were some ideas that I disagreed with (e.g. that reality is subject to one's beliefs), but lots of techniques that can be quite useful. There seems to be a strong criticism of the modern, Western lifestyle, which I felt was too simplistic.
