This book made me realize exactly how much I don't know about the world.

Interesting book. A young adult science fiction novel that addresses a few interesting ideas: The importance of love and the irrelevance of space. The the whole mitochondrial farandolae thing was a bit cheesy. It may have been written during a time when little was known about mitochondria, but the farandolae idea was too much.
