This series is a fun read--though I would classify them more as action than horror. The first book sets the basic premise. This second book launches into what could become a major arc for the series (secret societies and all that).

Let's see. Irreverent, ridiculous, over the top, silly... and... awesome. :)I really enjoyed this book more than I wanted to. It was thought provoking. Mikalatos made me really stop & think- do I know the real Jesus? Or do I just follow an imaginary Jesus that I made up? And I loved Pete in this book, and how he kept pointing out how he KNEW Jesus. When you read this, commit to reading the whole thing. There were a few parts that I had to push through, but once I got to the end, I was really glad that I did.
