I liked this book but didn't love it. Two people whose opinions I value highly strongly recommended this book and while it was good, i didn't love it. I enjoyed the first half but then got a bit bogged down in it. Thankfully a book I'd been waiting months for from the library became available at that time and I put it down for several weeks, which made it easier to go back to. However, i must admit the ending was a bit of a let down...

I received a copy of this book for free through the Good Reads First Reads program. Unfortunately, I din't enjoy it. I thought the book was very depressing. Some of the stories lines were not resolved or fully developed. The ending was abrupt and didn't resolve anything. There were several unecessary sexual references and some offensive language. I felt that the writing style was good, but I didn't not care for the story at all. Honestly, the only thing I really enjoyed about this book was the cover art.

I truly did like this book and I am amazed at the insightfulness and comprehension that the author has into what could have truly occurred in the angelic realm during the events surrounding the birth of Jesus. I only gave it 4 stars because it is not nearly as good as the other books in the series, but still well worth the read!

i didnt like this one as much as i liked the first but this is an amazing series
