The original and the best :D I have not found anything to rival it

It started really slowly. I appreciated Larsson's description, though. I often times felt like I was on the Vanger estate in the desolate coldness. I also liked the matching of Blomkvist's inquisitive modern day crusader and Salander's sociopathic, genius ward of the state. Because of these factors, I continued reading the trilogy and haven't regretted it.
