Great book for boys in grades 4th and up. Very fast read

I wasn't sure how I'd react to this book. To my pleasant surprise, I read it all in one sitting. It's a good vampire, romance, mystery. I got into the series because of the tv series. I haven't actually watched the tv series, but knowing it exists made me curious about the book series. This can be hit or miss, so I'm glad I lucked out with this one.
