Wow, what an experience this couple went through--having another couple's embryos transferred into Carolyn. I liked the way it was written, with sections written by Sean and sections written by Carolyn. It helped to show the anguish the couple was going through. This book is very inspirational because they did such an awesome thing for the baby, and yet it showed the very human side of this event. It showed that this was not an easy thing for anyone involved.

I'm intrigued to see how the book compares w/ the TV show.

Let the Great World Spin is a great novel. The characters are colorful, and have such a depth to them. I was immediately enamoured with Corrigan. I love how all the stories and characters weave together, it makes you want to read it again to see the connections you missed. It deals with destiny...and chance. It starts slow but picks up steam quickly, give it a chance. Highly recommended.
