Oh, Julia. Whatever there is not to like about Julia Child, I do not want to hear about it. Also, this was the perfect book to read a few days before turning 35, because she is 34 when she and Paul head to France and she had no idea she was about to find the thing that would define her life and make her everything she was destined to be. It made me feel less creeping towards death. It also made me want to cook and go back to France, obvs.
