This book was REALLY, really good...I thought it was so cool how it basically was a politicaly commentary on McCarthyism and the idea that history repeats itself.

This book is called If I Stay by Gayle Forman and it’s about a girl Mia who has a very important decision between life and death (literally!). Mia is a girl who is about to go to college. She has a younger brother (Teddy), two loving parents, a best friend Kim, and an amazing boyfriend, Adam. Mia is forced to go into a coma. As she hovers outside her body, she decided if she wants to stay alive or leave her new-orphaned life. This book is great if you like books with a huge climax (the ending is the best part). I would recommend this fiction book to all young adults!

what a great book. makes one feel like a voyeur.

I decided to read this after having read "Tell-Tale Heart" in school. I was definitely pleased. I still hold a special place in my heart for "The Cask of Amontillado".
