This was a good read & I enjoyed the story. I felt that it took me longer to really get into it, than with other books I've read. However, I hung on & did eventually find myself caring about the characters & feeling apart of the journey. I felt the story was unique & world-building was interesting; though I would have liked to see more relationship-development between the main characters (especially Aislin & Gemma) in the beginning before all the action really starts. I feel like she definitely focuses on her relationships with the boys only. I definitely do want to read the next one & am curious as to where this series will lead. I do want to say, however, that although I am a grammar/spelling crazy person, in books, it doesn't usually bother me enough to really notice when there are errors here & there. However, I did notice a lot in this book & it really did begin to annoy me.
