I really can't understand David Mitchell's name NOT being on everyone's lips. Even my book-loving friends won't read him for some reason? Foolish.

Not the sort of thing I usually read but it was entertaining and a bit of light relief from my usual crime and thrillers

There was a time, about 20 years ago, when we went through a Celia Grant period. You, know, John Sherwood's widow cum horticulturist cum mystery solver, with the hunky side kick. Celia of the cupid's bow lips...anyhow, we read almost all the mysteries, lapping up the horticultural references. This was one we read and owned, and eventually BookCrossed.
