Just like his previous book, the tipping point, it's an interesting concept but it's beaten to death. This book was unnecessarily long and seemed to just rehash the same point with the same anecdotes. I listened to it as an audiobook, so it was probably a little more pleasant than reading the print version and having this sense of deja vu every chapter.
