I'd like to give this a two and a half stars. I bought the book at the airport bookstore, so I was definitely looking for something light. It is written by a comedian, and it is humorous but not laugh-out-loud funny. I found that its being in written form (rather than hearing her tell the stories in person), it has a serious side that I couldn't ignore. This made me feel concerned about her generally wild lifestyle (alcohol dependence, in particular). Perhaps it is all exaggerated for the book, so I should just lighten up (maybe a glass of wine while reading would help :-). So even though I enjoyed the book, it left me with an uncomfortable feeling for her.
