Why take a trip through hell? Why, to find the way out. The story is scary and a bit too familiar... I'm not sure about the sense in reading about pain like depression, since it is well-written enough to be a clear reminder of hell and fear. I hardly trust the author with her in and out of sense perspective, but I particulary appreciated the perspective I got from the story since by the end I felt so distant from caring about anything that happened to Elizabeth, though I needed her to be ok in the end. I felt something, but it was more complicated than sympathy.
