Chabon has an amazing vocabulary which is worth the read alone. But this book tells an amazing tale of two cousins, NYC circa WWII, and comics. Oh and there are magic tricks.
So far, I am really enjoying the set up of this book. Without the careful consideration of how to layout the presentation of each ridiculous account (at times I forget that I am reading a non-fiction firsthand account...) the book could easily drag on and fall flat but instead I just can't help reading and reading and reading! In a word, superb! I always enjoy a journalist who can weave a good story.
overrated, but the title is cool
