I read this book a couple of years ago, but it has stayed with me. I like the authors poetic writing, I liked the switching voices between characters, and I liked that it is a love story, but not of the typical variety....

I could pretty much predict the main plot of this book and the ending within the first 30 pages.... But still a good read :)

This book is spectacular. The author is clearly a fan of her subjects but doesn't let herself get too much in the way, which is nice. I, of course, am a huge fan of these ladies and I ate it up with a spoon.
