Having never read a book about Celtic gods or shamans, I thought this was pretty interesting. Personally, I enjoy a strong female protagonist, and an action-packed fantasy story without too much lurid scenes. This book definitely fits in that criteria. My only annoyance is that I wish there were more descriptions/colors for each scene so I can see it better in my mind.
