** spoiler alert ** I didn't care very much for this novel. The character was depressing and droll. There was vampurism implied but never confirmed which was frustrating. And the incest in the book made the overall feel of the book too dirty for my liking. I do commend the author for having the guts to write a novel so dark and gritty, but that's the largest compliment I can give this book.
