Finished it! This book is terrifying. Anyone interested in the Presidential race for '08 should read this book. If I could ask all of the potential candidates one question, it would be how the f*%& do you explain this book and what would you do to fix what we have done?

#lgbt I don't usually like books that get caught up in the minutiae of excrutiatingly detailed description, so a book which has as its major literary device a story told through the description of photographs would not normally be a top pick. However, the story of the generations of unloved women and the consequences of their treatment is compelling. It is surprising to see a straight male write sensitively, but not sentimentally, about an LGTB couple and their life.

Oh man I really like this one! Dan Brown meets Clive Cussler, great action, great plot, well developed characters. I've forgotten how much I enjoy books like this. I will definitely be looking to read more from this author!
