Disney really killed all the classics, or at least dumbed them down into food for babies. This is another really good book for the soul. Who knew Rikki Tikki Tavi came from this book? I love the comments to Mowgli from Bagheera about the lawlessness of the Monkey People, in contrast to the Law of the Jungle People.
