This is one of my all-time favorite books. I have re-read it about 1,000 times. The writing is simply beautiful, the story is absorbing, and you really relate to Effie. I don't want to give anymore away, but it is definitely a must-read if you want to be emotionally absorbed by a story and blown away by exquisite writing.
