I knew the book was a romance/adventure/vampire story, and my sister said she thought I would like it so I gave it a go. I'm an older male so I'm not exactly the target reader, but here's my take. I really liked it as a whole, but there was a point when I felt I couldn't bare to read anymore, because of the excessive romantic banter between Bella and Edward. Once it started between them, it just went on too long and too strong for me. However, the moment I tired of it, the next chapter moved the story forward nicely. So there is just a small section of the book that became a bit much for me. I don't know how many millions of copies it's sold, but women are loving it. So fellas, if your having problems with the ladies, buy a copy and use it as a sort of workbook.
Not as great as Teach Like Your Hair's On Fire, but inspiring nonetheless.
