Love this story. I laughed and cried! I also enjoyed the next book, Sam.

These were by far my favorite books growing up. I still re-read sections of them when I go home on vacations!

I both loved and hated this book. It is not an easy emotional read. But the story is very interesting and you get a little bit of culture a long with it. I am going to read A Thousand Splendid Suns by the same author soon.
