I never considered reading the book, as I felt it was probably a little too young for me, but I picked up this book, because it came highly recommended from a friend. I could not put it down! Finally finishing it a 4:30 am. The emotions it sometimes made me feel were overwhelming. When Bella's chest ached, so did mine; when she felt she couldn't breathe, so did I. It was uncanny. I felt like I was falling in love again for the first time. It made me long for my teenage/college years. The book is well written, and flows easily. I immediately went out and bought the next book in the series. I am obscessesed with finding out what happens next.

Lovely, lilting, biting satire of Lawrence and Hardy's earthy novels, nevertheless encompassing its own genre in a clever, affectionately teasing manner.
